Glazed with breastwall
The G60® glazed with breastwall application is composed of glazed modules with a solid breastwall. These modules are either freestanding or fixed to a false ceiling.
The solid part consists of a single 8 to 49-mm panel or double 8 to 12-mm panel. The glazed part accepts single or double 33.2 or 44.2 glass. The glazing beads are available in aluminium or in PVC.
These modules can be used as parapets.
Glazed with breastwall & overpanel
This application is identical to the glazed with breastwall application, but with the addition of an overpanel.
It is particularly fit for the integration of sliding windows.
The G60® full-height solid application is composed of solid modules fixed to a false ceiling. They accept single 8 to 49-mm panels or double 8 to 12-mm panels. The glazing beads are available in aluminium or in PVC.
These modules can be used as parapets (test results available).
Tiaso’s G60® range includes doorframes for aluminium doors with overpanels or full-height.
The aluminium doors are assembled by means of pin corner cleats, which ensures perfect mitre joints and excellent durability. Clamp hinges facilitate the installation. The glazing beads are identical to those of the partition.
The doors can be solid, glazed, or mixed. They can be fitted out with a cross bar and accept single 8 to 16-mm panels or double 12-mm panels.
These single or double doors in standard dimensions (838 x 2035 mm or 938 x 2035 mm) are available in in- or outward opening version.
The use of glazing beads facilitates the replacement of broken glass.
The doors can be single or double-glazed, and it is possible to build in venetian blinds.
Applied sliding door
The G60® applied sliding door application consists of a door hanging from a top channel in front of the partition. It is either manual or motor-driven. The door itself is an aluminium door (see that application).
The channels are available in 3 m or 6 m for double doors.
The manual sliding doors are identical to the side-hung doors (stock reduction).
In the case of motor-operated doors, the compact mechanism is very easy to install on the partition surface.
The system can be fitted out with numerous detection and access control devices, like badge readers, keypads, etc.
Artel Wire Channels
The Artel® application is destined to the harmonious integration of wiring (strong and weak current, phone, and computer) into the structure of the G60® partition. This wire channel can be placed horizontally at waist height or as a column against a doorframe.
The column or baseboard is composed of an aluminium structure profile, a cover cap, a weak/strong current PVC separator, and a distant piece to prevent the structure profile to get out of shape in case of horizontal use. The electric fittings are screwed directly to the structure profile.
The structure is neatly assembled by means of a special system of connectors and eccentric pins ensuring neat joints with the standard studs and transoms.
The dimensions correspond to the electric fittings in order to avoid machining of the cover caps.
Thanks to this system, sockets and switches can be easily and quickly added or removed.
The tall-stud application is destined to realize two-level partitions with a one-piece stud.
The product is perfectly suitable for the construction of two-level façades complying with the current standards (inertia).
The top, median and bottom transoms are made of the 60×30-mm standard profile.
The assembly is done by means of a special system of connectors and eccentric pins ensuring neat joints with the standard profile and remarkable durability.
The tall-stud is also used as a buffer profile for the applied sliding doors.
Like the rest of the G60® range, this system can be completely dismantled, which allows easy removal or transformation of the modules.
